So my mum sews for a living. A few months ago, a woman gave her two bag-for-life fulls of personal hoodies belonging to her daughter; theses hoodies were those kind of ones that you get from being involved in something - like a university hoodie or one from a theater production you were involved in. She asked my mum to cut them up and make them into a huge blanket for this daughter as a present - seeing as they were no longer wanted.
Well my mum's just got round to starting it during this week, and all I can say is that this girl has been everywhere and done everything! And that means a lot of hoodies. She's just cut the important bits out to use in the blanket - so I've been finding a few random, cut-up hoodies lying around the house from time to time recently.
well this it it - all layed out and ready to be stitched together:
